If you would like to return all or part of your order, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the item(s) that you would like to return. Please follow this method of contact to properly ensure that a timely refund will be available to your account. Orders returned without contact will not be guaranteed refund.
Orders that are listed as “Processed” on the account homepage must undergo a proper return request to receive refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. Once you have proper authorization for a return, please ship the item(s) back to us and provide the tracking via email. Upon receipt, we will refund the cost of your items, minus shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. Coffee is a perishable food product, and in order to ensure the safety and confidence of our customers, we cannot take the coffee back into inventory.
